All orders are converted within 1-3 business days of receipt of videotape. Rush processing is available.  You may call or email us for detailed up-to-the-minute order information regarding your order.

3) Will I get my tapes back?
Yes, we'll return your videotapes along with your DVDs.

4) Will the DVDs play in my DVD player?
We transfer your videos onto high quality DVDs ensuring that almost all DVD players can play the DVDs we produce.

5) What’s the main advantage of converting to DVD?

7) What if my videotape won’t play for you?
We have a "problem tape" department, which will analyze the problems with your videotape and attempt to fix it. You will be notified however before we attempt any repair. In some cases, additional charges might apply depending on how serious your tape or its cassette is damaged. Tapes that are unfixable will be returned to you without charge.

8) Do you convert copyrighted material?
Sorry,  we cannot transfer any copyrighted works from pre-recorded tapes, unless you are the copyright holder or you produced the content.

We can also transfer your video to CD-Rom. Many customers have this done so that they have a means of putting their video into their computer for editing at home or office or for use on a website.  Normally the customer's video footage is converted to a MPEG1 file for this purpose although we have the ability to convert your video to practically any type of file you might need.
